When you start Exploratory Desktop, you may only see a screen that says NW.JS and the application does not start. In this case, delete the folder '/AppData/Local/Exploratory' under <user's home directory> (*) and restart the application to fix the problem. Please make sure that you have the latest version of Exploratory. You can download the latest version from here.
Note: When deleting the above folder, be careful not to accidentally delete the .exploratory
folder under the user's home directory. This is the Exploratory repository that contains projects, data, etc.
(*) When using Azure AD with roaming user profile, the folder is '/AppData/Roaming/Exploratory'
Please delete <User's Home Directory>/AppData/Local/Exploratory (*)
