Observations

Start with Boruta to find the variables that are important.

It looks like the International outlook is the most important. This makes sense for the fact that being well known internationally (having a high international outlook score) is how universities attract potential international students.

What other variables are related to international students?

It looks like the next most important variable is number of students. I want to see if schools with a lot of students have a higher or lower percentage of international students.

It looks like the more students a university has the lower the percentage of international students. So, basically smaller universities have a larger percent of international students.

So I want to know if universities with higher international outlook scores are usually larger or smaller in size.

I can tell from this that universities with a higher international outlook tend to have less students.

Conclusion

International students tend to go for universities that have a higher international outlook score.

As the university size increases the percentage of international students decreases as well as its international outlook score.

What I would ask next is, where are the larger universities located and where are the smaller universities located, is there a regional reason as to why larger universities have a lower interntional outlook score?
