How to Select/Remove Columns

This note introduces how to keep only the necessary columns or remove unnecessary columns.

When you want to keep only the necessary columns or delete unnecessary columns from the imported data, select "Select (Remove) Columns" from the desired column header menu.

When you select "Select (Remove) Columns," a dialog box will appear allowing you to keep the necessary columns or remove the unnecessary columns.

When you want to select and keep the necessary columns, check "Keep" and select the columns you want to keep.

At this time, you can also use the Shift key to select multiple columns at once.

Additionally, a preview of the execution results based on the settings will be displayed.

On the other hand, when you want to select and remove unnecessary columns, check "Remove" and select the columns you want to remove.

When removing columns, you can also use the Shift key to select multiple columns at once.

Additionally, a preview of the execution results based on the settings will be displayed.

If you want to start the selection over from the beginning, selecting "Clear All" will clear all selections.

Selecting/Removing Columns Without Opening the Dialog

When you click on any column header menu while multiple columns are selected, "Select Columns" and "Remove Columns" will be displayed as separate menu options.

When you select "Select Columns," you can keep only the selected columns without opening the column selection dialog. Similarly, when you select "Remove Columns," you can remove only the selected columns without opening the column selection dialog.
