Kruskal-Wallis Test is one of the statistical hypothesis test methods. It can be used to test if the differences in multiple means among several groups is significant or not.
Unlike similar statistical methods like ANOVA and T Test, it doesn't have an assumption of normality in the target variable. The test is done against the ranked values not on the original values, and this is why it can be used for any shapes of distribution of the target variable.
