Once you create Dashboard, Note, Slide, Chart, etc. you can open them in web browsers. Here is a list of the web browsers that are supported.
Internet Explorer is not supported.
The data you import into Exploratory Desktop is loaded into the memory on your PC and all the data processing tasks including Data Wrangling (calculations, filtering, etc.), Visualization, Analytics, etc. are done inside the memory.
Therefore, how much the data size Exploratory can handle is largely depending on how much the memory size is available on your PC as well as what type of tasks you want to do with Exploratory.
Based on our testing in a typical use case, we are finding that when you have data with 10 million records and 20 columns you want to have about 8GB memory size available. This is based on the following two assumptions:
Given that the data size gets reduced when it is loaded into the memory, we recommend that you want to have the memory size that is at least two times bigger than your original data file (CSV, etc.).

The minimum specifications are only suggested for prototyping and testing of Exploratory Collaboration Server. Memory and CPU capacity also have to be enough to run your data analysis steps on R, for data refreshing at the server.
