There are the following two options to buy Exploratory Desktop subscription licenses.
You can register your credit card and pay directly on your account setting page.
Upon your request, we can issue a quote / an invoice with an instruction for the payment. You can choose either bank wiring or credit card as your preferred payment option.
For Exploratory Collaboration Server, you can buy only through our quote/invoice process.
The workflow below shows an overall process of how you can pay the subscription license and have your license granted.

If you'd like to get an invoice for Exploratory Desktop please submit from the invoice request form and enter the required information.

The request form will ask you for the following information.
We request the payment to be completed within 10 days after issuing the invoice. But, we can accommodate if there are any circumstances you'd like to adjust the payment period. Please mention it in the invoice request form.
Once we receive the request we'll get back to you with an invoice within 24 hours.
If you'd like to get an invoice for the Exploratory Collaboration Server please request it from our chat window, which you can find the button at the right hand side bottom of our website, or request it by sending an email to our support team (support@exploratory.io).
Once we confirm the payment we will send you the receipt.
Once we confirm the payment we will grant the subscription license to the user accounts you have entered as part of the invoice request form.
If you'd like to start the subscription license before the payment we can accommodate it. Please mention it in the invoice request form.
Please make sure to create Exploratory accounts first so that we can grant the license appropriately. If we can't find the matching account we will contact you.
Once the licenses are granted we will contact you by email. You or your users will be able to start using Exploratory Desktop / Exploratory Collaboration Server right away.
We support only the yearly plan for the above invoice-based payment workflow. If you'd like to get the monthly subscription plan you can register your credit card and make a direct payment from your account setting page at our website.
