Replace Values with Something Else

Here is a chart that shows the number of Unicorn Startups by country.

Now let’s say we want the following two country names to be the shorter ones.

We can use ‘Replace Values’ step to do this.

Select Replace Values -> Set New Values from the column header menu.

This will open a dialog where you can assign new values.

Search the values by typing ‘unite’ and type ‘UK’ and ‘US’ respectively.

Once you click ‘Run’ button, we can see them being updated.

You can confirm the operation in the chart as well.
