Seminar #57 - Survey Data Analysis Part 2 - Factor Analysis & Text Analysis

In this part 2 of the Survey Data Analysis seminar, Kan will introduce two commonly used analysis methods - Factor Analysis and Text Analysis.

Factor Analysis can be used to discover underlying characteristics of the survey responders based on how they answer the questions.

Text Analysis can be used to analyze the text answer and see what things are said and find similarities among the survey responders.
