I have calculated the growth rate of the population between 2015 and 2005 for each local government area in Australia. We can see high growth area in the north west areas.
The data is originally from 'Population growth of 2014–2015 for Australian Local Government Areas' data that was downloaded from Australian Bureau of Statistics. (http://www.abs.gov.au/AUSSTATS/abs@.nsf/DetailsPage/3218.02014-15?OpenDocument)
I have downloaded Local Government Area boudaries data in Google Earth format from the same page and converted it to GeoJSON for Map.
